Racing Australia Data Centre move to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Following a three month evaluation and testing process, Racing Australia will relocate all its existing systems from the On-Premise Data Centre to the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
This move will deliver significant improvements in security, performance and recoverability of data whilst providing a platform to commence development of cloud based systems.

The move will take place on the evening of Monday 7 July 2025 and require an outage window of 10 hours.

All Racing Australia systems will be shut down at 7.00pm AEST on Monday 7 July 2025 and will be unavailable until 5.00am on Tuesday 8 July 2025.

Those wishing to transact through ownership, licensing, nominations, acceptances, gear changes, scratchings or any other action should do so such that you are logged out by 6:55pm AEST.
