Worked on Strategic Planning and other projects for the ADF and has held positions with a range of sports organisations.

The Equine Welfare Committee is a committee of the Board of Racing Australia and is responsible to the Board for oversight of health and welfare matters relevant to the Australian Thoroughbred racing industry.

Jockey & Industry Participants Committee

The Jockey & Industry Participants Committee is a committee of the Board of Racing Australia and is responsible to the Board for oversight of Jockey Industry participants welfare matters relevant to the Australian Thoroughbred racing industry.

Pattern & Development Committee

The Pattern and Development Committee is a committee of the Board of Racing Australia and is responsible to the Board for assisting the development and maintenance of excellence across Thoroughbred horse racing nationally.

Finance, Governance and Remuneration Committee

The Finance, Governance and Remuneration Committee is a committee of the Board of Racing Australia Limited and is responsible for co-ordinating the Board's oversight of, financial and reporting responsibilities, maintaining world's best practice of Racing Australia's IT Systems and Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity planning and preparedness as well as review and recommendation of annual operational and capital expenditure budgets, monitoring and reporting back to the Board.
